Today I tried a meal again that I didn't like last time. Bacon and chicken quesadilla, well done fries, and a cookie. And a soda too. It's pretty good. Fattening enough for a run tonight I guess.

Chunky peanut butter sandwich and strawberry preserves, with a protein shake (with milk not water!).
For all those who don't know the joys of chunky peanut butter, it's fuckin awesome.

Take a few bites for me! I'm trying to slim down for the summer, the winter has done atrocious things to my waistline.

I don't differentiate at all between lunch and dinner food types. But since I only have a microwave at work, I cant make pizza for lunch because that would be terrible. I always pack a full lunch though of like meat/starch/vegetable. Typically it is baked chicken, some pasta, and peas/carrots or broccoli mixed with a homemade tomato or cheese sauce. Then I just reheat that with no issues. Sometimes I do make a tuna sandwich though if I am feeling lazy.

I had maxillofacial surgery yesterday morning, so it's all soft foods and liquids for me right now: Two scrambled eggs, a slice of wheat bread, three small chocolate cookies (soft and warm from the oven), a glass of Soylent, and some water to chase the pills down.
